The Federal Micro and Small Enterprises Development Agency (FeMSEDA) was established by the counsel of ministers regulations number 33/1998 on April 3, 1998.
The agency has been established as autonomous Federal Government institution having its own legal personality. The agency is directly accountable to the Ministry of Trade and Industry.
